Nice place for a pre-dinner drink

On the outskirts of Stalis opposite Romantic Corner. We have never stayed here but this became our 'local' for a pre-dinner drink. Has reasonable prices with football on the TV if you want it. Friendly manager and takes card.

Best View in Stalis

Although we have never stayed here we have been visiting the Diamond Beach for a drink since 2003 we used to bring our kids here for a game of pool.
The same chap has always ran the bar and gives excellent friendly service his drinks particularly the wine are really good
The furniture is stylish and comfortable but the view across the bay is stunning. Even if you are not staying here do yourself a favour and have a stroll down to the Diamond Beach when the sun starts going down, settle down with a drink and enjoy the view

Great holiday

Had a great holiday in June/July this year. Had the 2 bedroom apartment, with wonderful views of the sea! Apartment more than adequate, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen dining area. Bedding and towels changed regularly. The owners and their family are lovely people, Nikos makes wonderful cocktails!
Location at the end of the beach road, opposite a lovely restaurant, Romantic Corner.
A short stroll, and there a lots of lovely restaurants and bars to choose from.
Would highly recommend Diamond Beach Apartments.
We have already booked to return next year for 3 weeks!

Compromise for views

If you are looking for modern rooms with comfortable beds and decent air con, its not for you.
We happened upon the property after going for a walk on the sea front and were struck by the double wrap around balconies. We enquired in the small shop and were told it was a family business and they had the property. We looked at the room and I would normally run a mile but I feel in love with the view. The rooms are tired and very basic but spotless. The decor looks like a throw back from a 70’s travel magazine. The bathroom was tiny with a hand held shower and the curtain sticks to you if you shower and the aircon was limp but I didn’t care. The family has a bar right beside the shop and you can people watch and gaze at the sea. The balcony was so large and you had another in the bedroom which offered a different aspect. We spent and impromptu week and It was peace itself. If you are looking for something ‘rustic’ and basic with fab views and in a lovely spot then give it a whirl.

Great family hotel

Stayed one week here at begining of September and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Its situated at the end of the beach road bout a 15 minute stroll to Stalis centre and I mean stroll.We had an apartment overlooking the sea which was brilliant so we could sleep with the double doors open and doze off to the sound of the breakers ahhh.Apartment was spacious and very clean.We had the cleaner regularly and towels changed every other day.We had free wi find free air con and even free safe something you very rarely come across.Manos and his family are brilliant hosts and are a credit to the hotel.Manos is always around should you need help with anything at all.There is also a small cocktail bar here so you can enjoy a chilled drink whilst gazing out to sea I would return to this hotel whenever the opportunity arises it's so relaxing
