We were warmly welcomed when we arrived. The buffet breakfast was very nice. The room was spacious and even though the bed was a little too firm for me, still had a restful sleep. It was also very quiet and the location was 'on the strip' ;-)

Very nice, relaxing holiday
Small, family-run hotel. The rooms are functional, bathroom, toilets, everything very clean. At breakfast nothing is missing, from coffee, tea, O-juice to various. Shapes eggs (hard-boiled, omelette, pancakes), cheese, sausage, fruit, jam, cottage cheese, corn flakes, everything there. Very nice owners who fulfill every wish. To the pebble beach you should get bathing shoes. In the immediate vicinity nice places where you can eat well in the evening.

Nice rooms but bad hoteliers
I would like to express my disappointment in my stay at this hotel from June 27, 2019 to June 29, 2019.
While the hotel itself was clean, the staff, especially the owners, were downright unfriendly and unaccommodating. The breakfast okay.
The hotel's own pebble beach section is nearby, but access to the sea is very unpleasant due to coarse stones. Water shoes are essential here. In addition, fees of €4 for the lounger and €4 for the parasol are charged for the use of loungers and parasols, even for hotel guests or when ordering drinks. However, there are nicer sandy beaches in the area where this is not the case. So nicer and when you order a drink the loungers and umbrella are included in the price.
However, there was one incident that was particularly annoying in which I had the feeling that I was being ripped off by the owners of the hotel.

Together with 8 other people we booked a trekking tour with climbing Mount Olympus through Hauser. During the tour where we stayed in hotels, I shared the double room with a fellow traveler. After the strenuous days on Mount Olympus, I wanted to have a room to myself for the last two days. The mountain guide asked the hotel whether a single room was available. The answer was that there was no single room left, but there was a family room with two separate rooms and beds for 40 euros per person (so in total, 160 euros for two nights). Since it was too expensive for us, we politely declined the offer.
When we arrived at the hotel, a couple who were also on the tour with us came up to us and asked if we would like to swap places with them. They had been given a family room but only needed a double room. We agreed and swapped rooms. When the hotel owners found out about this, they still charged us the extra charge of 40 euros per person per night.
When we asked why we should pay the extra charge since the couple didn't have to pay any extra, we were told that the hotel owners could possibly rent the room to other guests.
When we pointed out that the room only had a toilet and a shower, they changed their argument and said that the cleaning lady had to clean another room and therefore we had to pay the extra charge. When asked what would have happened if the couple had used the additional room, the answer was that they would then also have to pay the extra charge.
After the tiring days of the tour, we weren't ready to spend hours arguing with the hotel owners, so we changed rooms again.
I believe that the hotel owners' demand is unlawful. In addition, it is illogical that a married couple who gets a family room with two separate beds does not have to pay any extra, while we have to pay an extra 80 euros per night for the same situation.
For the reasons mentioned above, I am disappointed with my stay in the hotel and therefore unfortunately cannot recommend it.
Due to the behavior of the hoteliers, I would have liked to give "0" stars, but the fact that the rooms are spacious and nicely furnished and the bed mattress is perfect, I think "2" stars is appropriate.

After a long hike this is what we needed
We came in after walking from monodendri looking for a place to sleep, Yota was very welcoming and warm, she gave us a beautiful room with everything we needed !
