A pleasant stay at Kronos Hotel Platamonas

I had a pleasant stay at Kronos Hotel Platamonas. The room was clean and comfortable.
The food was good, with a nice variety of local dishes, and I enjoyed our meals during our stay.
The only thing I personally found a little unusual was the throw blanket, which was provided without a duvet cover. I would have preferred a proper duvet cover, as it would have felt more comfortable and hygienic.
But I enjoyed and had a nice stay at the hotel. The center of the village is about 5 minutes walk, just as the beach if you want the sandy one.

Terrible experience

They had comunicated to us that they have "very nice" double room for 3 nights but when we arrived with my husbund and our baby they showed us a room in a basement without window and no fresh air. The lady was very arrogant and instead to be helpful and to find better option for us, she increased the price for staying in another room that was free only for one night.

Unacceptable hotel.
On 20-7-2025, I chose to stay for a S/K in the hotel. Arriving and while in the reservation he said Parkink finally have room for only 6 cars so they say put it where you find it on the road.
As I went upstairs, I noticed that the air conditioner was broken and made noise.
When we left for a walk we were promised to see it.
Coming back late in the evening and opening the air conditioner we realized that nothing had been done did the same.
Our manager said I'm sorry I can't do anything.
After breakfast that by the way was very poor for 145 € a night and making complaints about our rooms announced that we were passing the award of the unfortunate S-K but can't do anything.
Of course because the room was paid for it and they didn't take on anything else.
We missed a lot for both their behavior and their amateurism .
So pay attention to your choices because unfortunately professionals are hard to find.
We now have very expensive prices with few benefits.

The hotel and most of the staff were friendly and spoke English. However, we ended up in a corner room surrounded by teenagers throwing parties and barely got any sleep. They had loud music and were so loud that it carried in over the balcony. The staff that night happened to not speak English but with good descriptive sounds he understood and helped. However the noise continued all night and we barely slept. We had to wake up early the next night. The food was good and inexpensive and free breakfast. Wish we could have enjoyed the balcony but with the nightclub music blaring next door it was impossible. The hotel was overrun with teens acting rude and savage— even in the restaurant.

The hotel is terrible as they cannot give the good service as other hotels. I do not like it. I tried to contact the hotels three times but there is no answers.
