Perfect.
The rooms are fully equipped very clean and the location very quiet no fuss and perfect view.
Mrs. Maria is very kind and her daughter is kind and always willing to serve us.

To AVOID
Small rooms and without any service. NN IS A HOTEL NO BREAKFAST.
NO PRIVACY.
The front door is glass and enters the LIGHT, already at 6.00 am.
In the room if you open the drawer of the only cabinet nn you can sit on the bed and pass. Nn c is space even x place suitcases.
There is a kitchenette, but nn there are knives, cups for breakfast, cups x coffee.
The glasses and plates all different from each other, a single 20 cm pot.
All dishes are of occasional recovery. We found 2 teaspoons two forks two tablespoons. One saucer and two Stop plans.
They sell them with the kitchen point but nn are minimally equipped. A bluff. In fact, you have to buy everything if you want to cook yourself a fried egg.
Cleaning is carried out in days
alternate but done badly. The rooms on arrival were smelly And 'only towels change.
In 6 days they never changed the sheets.
The air conditioner is a very noisy old machine with only "cold" function, impossible to adjust, and therefore little usable moreover in a room of 15 square meters.
The pool devoid of maintenance.
The road x to get to the residence is dirt, and dark impossible to reach the center on foot.
Also now at the entrance of the park there is a construction site under construction, so there is dust and excavation everywhere.
The studios on the ground floors in small villas are attached to each other, with tiny entrances that serve as terraces of 2sqm,
Being all adjacent with neighbors nn there is no privacy.
IF YOU NN HAVE ACCOMMODATION X ONE NIGHT YOU CAN STAY BUT THE NEXT DAY ESCAPE.
Surely it is panoramic and quiet but the accommodations are on the edge of livability. NN YOU TRUST THE PHOTOS NN ARE ALL OF THIS STRUCTURE.

We have a perfect stay in this place!
If they will have better pillows will be like my second home !
They offer no breakfast, you can arrange it by yourself; however the coffees are free...

excellent choice
excellent choice for syvota, new hotel, very clean with swimming pool, very good view, only 3 minutes with car from syvota. Excellent service. If i go again to syvota i 'll visit this hotel. I go with my family.

Nice But That Hill !!
Stayed here for two weeks.
Apartments are very nice with excellent views across the sea from your obvious vantage point up on the hill.
Please ignore the claim in the brochure that the accommodation is 900 metres from a supermarket. Its not! It a little short of a mile according to the GPS app on my phone.
As previously stated by a reviewer the walk down into the centre of the resort is not really an issue. However, if you are contemplating walking back up this hill please be aware that its not for the very young, old, infirm or injured. Even at midnight, which we did several times, the walk in air temperatures around August will take it out of you. Please, please budget for a vehicle or taxi (£5) if you are not used to hill walking. At night the road is also very dark.
It didn't spoil the overall feel of the apartments with its views and lovely pool but I've marked this self catering accommodation down because of this fact.
