Excellent

We made a Reservation for 2 nights in this apartment with views of the beautiful beach and it was so convenient and not too far from the harbour. Our room was spacious and clean.
We will prefer you again!

Not given the room I booked

I booked a pool view room on arrival I was given a car park view room. I asked the owner on arrival to check my booking on the booking site as it wasn't the correct room that I had booked. She just smiled and said all OK. I was NOT given an option of having my original pool view room that I had booked just this car park view room. The owner stated this was an upgrade but in my opinion it wasn't, I wanted the pool view room that I had booked. I complained to the booking site about this mix up as I wasnt given a choice to accept or decline this new room.
The owner threatened me with legal action for writing a review that was 100% factual and I had 12 missed calls from the owner in the space of 8 minutes. Shame on you. Greek hospitality at its worst.
When a consumer buys something you expect what you have paid for. A larger room might be considered an upgrade to some but not me - i didnt need the cooking facilities nor the extra space as we were just 2 people. I booked a pool view room to enjoy quiet time on the balcony, the larger room had a view of the busy dirt track road and the complex entrance, not comparable at all. So in my opinion not an upgrade but a downgrade. If you accept something different this is your choice but to have no choice that is where the problem lies. I was not given a choice.

Small, quiet and nice apartment hotel.

The beds were hard, the toilet paper crumbled, it was poor with utensils, a plus that there was elevator and that ac was included in the price and that it was good. Nice little garden with some sun loungers. Quiet hotel but unfortunately a bit boring. Good cleaning every day.

Very nice accommodation

Very nice place to stay for vacation at wonderful Sivota Thesprotia!!
Clean, tidy, nice room, near the center, nice view from the balcony. Very kind owners Mrs Eleni and Mr Christos, very hospitable!!

Πολύ όμορφο και προσεγμένο κατάλυμα! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό, άνετο και πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο. Η φιλοξενία ήταν εξαιρετική και όλα ήταν όπως ακριβώς τα περιμέναμε.
Άριστη επιλογή για μια όμορφη και ξεκούραστη διαμονή.
Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!
