Very disappointed!
I was with my friends at the EurothermenResort Bad Schallerbach (Aquapulco and Tropicana) and was treated by the lifeguard Harald in an incredibly rude and aggressive way.
Just because we slid down the slide together with the tires, he immediately kicked us out – without conversation, without warning, without respect.
When I calmly said that you usually only get a warning for something like this, he answered verbatim:
“It’s too stupid for me to keep warning everyone!”
Afterwards he expelled us not only from Aquapulco but also from Tropicana, even though we had paid full admission and barely had time to enjoy our stay.
Such behaviour is totally unacceptable for someone who works with guests. Many other visitors have also reported that Harald speaks unkindly and condescendingly to guests – apparently not an isolated incident.

Excellent value
Our room, a double, had a small kitchenette, king-sized bed, ensuite and balcony.
Shower cubicle is a little cramped but adequate and did have a curtain. Rooms, pool and garden were cleaned thoroughly every day.
We found some lovely beaches, the beaches usually have a bar/restaurant or hotel and provided you buy a drink you can use the sunbeds although the odd place may make a small additional charge.
Pipinis is excellent value for money and well situated for the town, beaches etc..

Bad foot
Unfortently I hade an accident on my foot and we hade to check out. To many stairs for me and the room was a little bit small.
