Only 70 metres from Toroni beach, Jolandas House is a family run hotel which offers air-conditioned apartments and studios. Wi-Fi is available free of charge and private on-site parking is also possible. Jolandas rooms are very bright and spacious.

We called while we were at the beach to book accommodation for one night for three people. At first, the woman told us that she only had availability for a minimum stay of three nights. After I mentioned that Booking.com showed availability, she then said that the available unit was a suite rather than an apartment. I explained that this made no difference to us.
We proceeded to book the accommodation through Booking.com for €120. However, when we arrived in the evening and were shown to the ground-floor room, we were asked to pay an additional €40 in cash.
It is not acceptable to request extra cash upon arrival, especially when this was never mentioned beforehand. We understand that hosting guests for only one night may not be ideal for them, but if that is the case, the accommodation should not be available for one-night bookings on Booking.com.
Instead of honoring the reservation price or cancelling the booking through Booking.com, the host attempted to change the terms upon arrival and requested additional money. She just decided to get more money but she never mention this before that. We do not recommend this property. There are many better hosts in the area offering nicer accommodation at lower prices.

Nice location hotel, decent rooms, excellent hosts
Pros - Excellent hosts, speaking German, English, kitchenette and balcony. Vast yard with barbecues and tents, plenty of space for a company.
Cons - the rooms are quite small and not renovated, thus lacking cleanliness.
The Toroni beach is excellent, one of the Greek Blue Flag owners. Nevertheless the beach is steep, not very suitable for small children unattended. But excellent for diving and snorkeling - plenty of fish and marvelous views.
