Parea Kalamitsti as at home....
We spent an unforgettable holiday in this beautiful house! The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the amenities necessary for a relaxing stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, which we really enjoyed. The location is strategic: convenient to reach all the most beautiful beaches in the area. An added value was definitely the kindness and helpfulness of the hostess Vicky. She proved to be a lovely person, always ready to answer our questions and give us useful advice. In particular, she was a great help to us in a difficult time, showing a sensitivity and humanity that we will not forget. We highly recommend this holiday home to anyone wishing to spend a pleasant and carefree stay!

Amazing place 11/10
Amazing time, large accomodation with everthing you need, including a BBQ which we used one time. Very quite, amazing courtyard with olive trees. Close to the beach and to the taverns area. You dont have to use the car to go to the beach unless you go to another beach.Best place we could picked in Sithonia.

We stayed for 3 nights as 4 adults and a 10 years old child. All pictures in website are real. There is not surprise. It was very clean place. Contact person is very helpfull and nice. He answered all questions very kindly. There is a big garden in front. We had peaceful time and also so much fun. You can find all equipment you need in kitchen. There is a mini dishwasher also. Beach is 5 minutes walk distance. It was one of the best sea to swim and enjoyed with children.

Nice but with a few remarks
Positives:
The house in which we were accommodated was very clean, with branded sheets and towels. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary for cooking, there were full sets of dishes and glasses for 8 persons. Big outdoor tables and chairs in front of each house. Location is in a quiet place yet only 5 minutes walk to Kalamitsi beach. In the area there are many superb beaches in a short drive by car. Wi-fi signal was good. The owners were so kind to re-arrange one of the rooms and to add one extra bed and baby crib for our two kids.
Negatives:
The top floor with the two single beds and bathroom is too low for adults. The stairs leading to the third floor are a bit steep for small kids. There is only one drying rack on the second floor terrace, which although big, is not enough for the towels and clothes of more than 4 people. The hosts are kind and friendly but they "forgot" to tell us that the solar panels produce hot water only during the day and in sunny weather. In the first evening we had to bath our baby with cold water. On the next morning it was cloudy and there was no hot water again. Then we called the owners and after some stalling they admitted that the house also has electric boiler connected with the solar panels but the power switch for the boiler on the electricity board is off and hidden under a black tape. And finally - the cleaning fee. In their website they state that you owe cleaning fee only if you leave the house dirty. But when there was time to pay, they told us they charge 40 EUR because they will clean anyway. It was not a problem for us to pay this fee but yet it leaves a negative impression. They`d better increase the price and not surprise the guests with such unexpected fees (all hotels clean their rooms after the guests but no one charges them extra for this).

Further from the beach than advertised
This place is further from the beach than the reviews suggest. It's at least a 5 minute walk. The house is very awkward and cramped. We travelled with a 6 & 3 year old. The 3rd floor was great for the 6 year old but totally dangerous for my 3 year old. The ceilings are slanted and too low for adults.
However, it was impeccably clean and all the utensils were brand new.
The beach is stunning and well worth visiting.
