Always well received

On arrival, I made a small change on my rental duration, no discussions and always the same daily price and yet I had a preferential price, impeccable room, on my return a week later, always the same room. At the reception a very friendly Mr speaking French and in the evening we were both and he offered me a drink. Really like family. This is where I will return without hesitation and this is where my sister also comes down each time.

Short family stay

We stayed in an apartment for 4 people for 4 nights. The apartment was spacious, with two large terraces.
The pool was very nice, clean and surrounded by greenery, and the staff was very welcoming. Breakfast is simple but decent. The hotel was quiet; however, it should be noted that there were not many people when we were there.
We chose this hotel for its proximity to the beach and for the easy access by bus and metro to Athens.

No reply at all

As a part of the larger party attending the Oceanman Swimming Race in Vouliagmeni, we will be lodging at Stefanakis Hotel from June 19 to June 21. I asked an additional help from the hotel, sent several mails and talked with the receptionist. I just asked for the contact / receptionist name who can accept the Amazon delivery.
Even I called, we talked, there was no reply at all.
I hope our stay will be a better experience.
I am still expecting to have a reply at least and care about their guests.

Terrible

I had an awful stay at Hotel Stefanikis. The shower was completely broken — when I turned it on, the water was boiling hot even on the coldest setting, and I actually burned myself. It wouldn’t change temperature no matter what I tried. On top of that, the toilet didn’t flush at all, which made the whole stay really uncomfortable and unhygienic.
The phone reception was terrible, and the Wi-Fi barely worked. Overall, this was a horrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here until they fix these serious issues.
