Nice for the umpteenth time, with slight downsides.

Beautiful hotel with a dreamlike location and very friendly staff. We felt completely comfortable. Minor points of criticism were the worn-out beach towels, the toilet flush, and the price, which is noticeably increasing every year. Nevertheless, an overall very pleasant stay and absolutely recommended.

Perfect Stay

Review: My husband and I stayed here for 11 nights at the end of June 2026 and loved the hotel. It's in a superb location on a hill looking out over Tsamadou Bay (a lovely beach just a few minutes walk away).
We loved the simple, unfussy design and layout of the building, the landscaped gardens and dining terrace, and the superb infinity pool with its view over the bay.
Most of all, we were delighted with the friendliness of all the management and staff, who looked after us so well and made us feel so welcome.
Breakfasts were simple but always fresh and delicious. We had dinner here one night too. Dinner was served on the delightful terrace and the food was excellent, one of the best dinners we had during our entire holiday. We couldn't understand why more people weren't there to enjoy it!
Our room was a superior sea-view room on the top floor. The room was simple, clean and comfortable and the view was wonderful. We would definitely recommend choosing one of these rooms to anyone staying more than a few days because the ample private roof terrace more than makes up for the compact room size.
If we return to Samos one day, this would definitely be our first choice of hotel.
Just a couple of tips for anyone considering a stay here:
The hotel is set out on 3 main levels, and there is no lift. I am 70 with a slight disability but I was able to manage the stairs ok, but not everyone will be able to. Also, the car park is a bit tight, only accommodating 6 or 7 cars, but a public car park is accessible nearby via a path and a few steps to the top of the hill. Again, this was not a problem for us, but people with health or mobility issues need to be aware.
The only small suggestion I would make to the hotel management is that they really should actively discourage guests from "reserving" pool sun-beds by placing their towels on them hours before they intend to use them. While we were there, one selfish elderly couple placed their belongings on the very best pool-side beds every day they were there before anyone even came down to breakfast at 7.30 am. They then didn't even come to the pool till after 10.30am; these guests clearly had no shame! I wish the guests concerned would read this review and pause to reflect on their selfish and inconsiderate behaviour!

Heaven on earth

The location is great, the kitchen fantastic, the rooms clean and the beds lovely. the people are so welcoming.. beautiful views not to mention. Tip: book a room with sea view. And a car is nice. ☀️

Perfect holiday

Excellent location and peaceful atmosphere. Our room is perfectly quite. The windows are soundproof. Its cleanliness is 10 out of 10 and 5 star. It is close to the best beaches like Tsamadou and Limanaki. The most important to make a stay pleasen is the approach of the staff. Special thanks to Vasia, Eleni, Satiria, Marios, Alex, Bobi, Ioonna and Evaggeli. You were all fantastic and made us happier than you can imagine.
