Not a 4 star hotel! Awful experience
Not a 4 star hotel!
Awful Experience – Zero Management, Poor Hygiene, and No Customer Service
Pros: good internet
Cons:
Terrible Location: Located on a main, busy road with severe traffic noise.
Safety Concerns: The room safe was not bolted to the wall until I intervened.
Lacking Amenities: Very basic room with no wardrobe and no room phone.
Substandard Hygiene: Room and bathroom were poorly cleaned; bed linen was changed only once during a 10-day stay.
Reception & Staff Chaos: Checking in and out was an awful, unwelcoming experience. Receptionists lacked basic English, communication, and customer service skills.
Disorganized Management: No manager on site, zero operational consistency, and the same overworked staff multitask across all departments in identical clothing.
Inconvenient Payment: The hotel strictly accepts cash only at reception.
Deserted Bar: The hotel bar was consistently left completely unattended.
Poor Dining Experience: The restaurant lacked basic necessities—no spare cutlery, no drinking water, and food was left completely unlabeled.
Kitchen Failures: The buffet provided bread for toasting but did not supply a toaster.
Neglected Facilities: The reception toilet went without hand soap for days.
Verdict:
Avoid this hotel. It lacks basic hospitality standards, proper management, and essential amenities.

A beauty
The spot where evita blue is located is ideal, at a distance of 50 meters is forest and sea, the rooms comfortable and clean, the staff always willing and polite. We were in the Christmas season and we felt lucky with the whole atmosphere, I think I should be back soon,

If the furniture were adjusted, it would be fine.
We stayed for 2 nights in Xylocastro and missed the following:
In the bathroom, there was no place to set down toiletries.
In the shower, the rod was missing, so one had to hold the showerhead in hand.
There was no closet or shelf to store clothing.
So one had to live out of the suitcase.
Breakfast was fine.

The Pearl of the Peloponnese
Excellent reception and stay during the New Year holidays. The hotel is in a beautiful location, the rooms are clean, the food in the restaurant was excellent, there was something for all tastes and for people who were fasting. There was an organized New Year's Eve with a nice party. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We are very pleased to come again for the Easter holidays. The Arbotravel Skopje team
