Great.

Beautiful rooms, "equipped" new appliances, bed etc. Very helpful staff and very clean, which I highly appreciate in hotels. In the city center (5 minutes walk almost from the harbour), in a quiet place with easy access to pharmacy and supermarket on the side of the road.

Everything is fine

Very beautiful place . Comfortable clean rooms.. close to the center and all the shops.
The internet was not working well, and unfortunately Vodafone also had no coverage in the room.
However, it was a relaxing stay and my experience was pleasant

Great accommodation

A lovely place to stay. Fantastic room with everything you need. Spotless and daily service with regular change of linen and towels etc. Rebecca and her staff were tremendous- very welcoming, cheery, helpful, attentive and always contactable if you needed anything. There are shared outdoor seating areas on both levels and these were very clean and comfortable.
Well recommended and although we are unlikely to be back in Hydra if we are this is where we would want to stay. First class

The meaning of customer service

The accommodation is very central, and by that I mean it's a 2/3 min walk to the marina.
The room was spotless and all went well, however the highlight was Rebecca our host. What a woman. Nothing was too much trouble, and her local knowledge was priceless and shared with pleasure. Rebecca did our washing and was pleased to help in any way she could.
Although Rebecca worked a dayshift, she made herself available 24 hours if there was an issue.

Not recommended

Not recommended. I have heard great things about other hotels in the area and it was the only one available for the days I visited. SO not worth it. The rooms have nothing in common with the pictures.
