A superb place to stay! :)
Lenka's apartments are absolutely fantastic. 10 out of 10. A superb place to stay! :)
Location: It is close to beach and basically everything you might need (tavernas, bars, markets, scooter rent, etc.). It is surrounded by beautiful mountains and lovely local villas.
Apartment: Everything looks even cuter than in images. Very comfy and cozy. Kitchen has equipped with everything needed to prepare a proper meals. Also internet works very well.
Host: Lenka is wonderful and very warm person. She helped us with great tips and was open to help at any time. We really felt that she wants to make sure that our stay is pleasurable and pleasant. It was so nice to meet her and we can't wait to visit Corfu to see her again. :) "Paraskevi" is definitely our Corfu "home" and without any doubt we will come back at some point.

Acceptable but changes necessary
Convenient location, close to the center Machine needed. Secondary road but still very busy and noisy.
Ground floor apartment on the street. Overall a good apartment, certainly the bathroom needs a nice renovation. We have a disabled girl and x we was even worse than x the others. There is a bathtub with a curtain , the hand shower can not be hung as there is no hook. The drain already has little water, but then once pulled the pyrulin does not return to place (we used the old bucket method). Very small mirror. There is a hairdryer. Good cleaning. The fridge works very well, the kitchen overall is comfortable. Also the two comfortable bedrooms with wardrobes where there is a safe. The apartment has a balcony with two tables and 4 chairs on which we had quiet breakfasts and some dinner. It practically lays on the parking lot and the wires are easily accessible from the street. Equipped with air conditioning, but we did not use it, in one room you were fine with the ceiling fan, in the other the one with door and window you were a little less well because the fan practically did not work, it ran very slow and therefore was useless. So livable apartment but bathroom renovation needed.

nightmare homes... or almost
we stayed in 3 houses of the complex, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
the houses on the ground floor were very small and old, maximum for 4 people and not 5. had numerous problems with the pipes and doors (they did not close (we are talking about front door, not doors inside the house)); they were full of spiders and spider webs of dust. the discharge of house 1 is completely manual, in the sense that once discharged, you have to pull up the button manually, it does not go up by itself like every drain in the world.
the house on the first floor looked very nice overall, the only one with a bidet, but what is the use of the bidet if there is no water? the water pressure was very low, so low that we often found ourselves without, and it was constantly cold. on one particular day, we were without water all day and, asking around for information about it, they explained that it was “gardening” day and, to water the ipsos plants, the water had been turned off to the entire area.
kitchen brackets: two out of three houses did not have real stoves, but plates connected to a small oven. to boil water it took about 50 minutes, imagine to cook pasta!
pay attention to the neighbors! from the beginning they scared us with the legend “paraskevi boys”: anyone staying in that house would spend two nights in jail for disturbing the peace. it’s the reality. the neighbors, at the slightest noise, denounce and threaten to sue.
the balconies of the houses on the ground floor were practically on the street: it was very easy to climb over and enter the house. they stole a towel hanging outside to dry, so that it was easy to reach the railing.
There are no places to park, except a very small space outside one of the balconies.
Corfu is infested with bees and of course paraskevi appartenents are not excluded: due to a nearby hive, it was practically impossible and impossible to eat out at the balcony (narrow but long, there are tables and chairs) but also simply keep the windows open.
There are not only negative things: the beds very comfortable, albeit low, and the house on the first floor was quite spacious.

An amazing holiday.
I've been here for one week and I had such a great time. The Island is so beautiful, sea is awesome and even the center of Corfú is very nice. My holiday couldn't be better thanks to Lenka, she's the most adorable person ever met. Apartment perfect!

Wonderful place!
We stayed at Paraskevi Apartments for a week. Lenka, the owner, greeted us upon arrival, gave us lots of information and tips, and we'd enjoy some nice chats with her! The apartment was very clean and tidy, it was comfy and had everything we needed! The area is a cool, quiet area, very pleasant and very close to the lively Ipsos beach. There were many restaurants available in the area, Ipsos is a comfortable location for exploring the island using a rented car/quad, while still being in a village-atmosphere, away from the noises of the city.
We DEEPLY enjoyed our stay at Paraskevi Apartments and HIGHLY recommend staying there!!
