Wonderful vacation
Vacation with a friend in room 107 which was located on the side of the breakfast area, one flaw was the very small bathroom without a bidet, otherwise everything was okay. We had breakfast and dinner, breakfast was rich and good, dinner was a bit too abundant but still good, and then on the terrace with a spectacular view, still water included. Marina street is a strategic location for the bus station, 15 minutes on foot, beach 15 minutes on foot with toilets and sun loungers at 8/10 euros per day, and with a very nice bar on the sea with affordable prices. Actually, watch out for those who like mineral water, a bottle costs 8 euros while still water costs very little. I did the shipwreck and blue caves excursion, I recommend it, paid 37 euros, spectacular. I also did the turtle one for 27 euros... but I only saw 1... I do not recommend it. I saw 2 beaches, Banana Beach and Tsilivi, both beautiful, cost of sun loungers about 20 for an umbrella plus 2 sun loungers! Overall vacation rating 8, beautiful sea! Have a good vacation everyone, I hope I have been helpful.

No WAY a 4 Star Hotel
First the good news:
The location is excellent. The views from the rooftop are amazing. We opted for the more deluxe room with harbour view and the panorama from our balcony was exceptional! All the rooftop staff were very friendly but only one of the main reception members was friendly and helpful.
But:
The pool area is way too small for the size of this hotel. There are only 14 sunbeds around the small pool.
The hotel bedroom was decent enough but it needs a refurbishment - it’s showing its age- but the bathroom is really awful and it is in serious need of renovation: the bathroom door stop doesn’t allow the door to open to wide enough (you have to step into it sideways past the washbasin), you have to almost slam the door to get it to close, the grouting around the bath looks terrible, there’s no shower mounted onto the wall (it’s basically hand-held), there’s a shower curtain rather than a glass door, the area in the bath around the plug hole looks awful, the bathroom door has previously been broken and patched back up and the ceiling has obviously peeled in the past and has just been painted over.
The breakfast was quite extensive but we’ve had much better quality in other 4* hotels.
We found unfortunately that many of the reception staff were functional rather than happy meet and greet types. Apart from one who really does deserve a personal mention. She’s called Agape and she always gave a cheery greeting as we entered and left and she was lovely to speak to.
All in all there’s no way this is a four star hotel. It may well have been back in the years gone by but at the moment its only saving grace is its location.

The hotel rooms are cleaned every day and are spotless, staff can't do enough to help you in anyway they can. The breakfast was exceptional. Lots of places to eat out for dinner and never experience a bad meal. The only downside side i have is the bar is a bit expensive.

Great Location
Booked a week with Tui.
The hotel was perfect. We booked a room with a balcony overlooking the marina.
The only problem was the small bath with no plug. It only had a hand held shower.

Wonderful hotel. Clean room. Air conditioning working perfectly. Excellent breakfast. Sea view. Well-located. Clean pool. Friendly staff.
