The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.

Everyone was great. Budget hotel, super helpful. Large space and lots of extras for the price. Great location.

Room was clean and spacious. The only downer is the location it is a bit of a walk to the main area to get the regular bus $2.50. But there is taxi service starting at $15US to take you to the beach Grand Anse or into town

It was a short one-night stay and it exceeded our expectations. We didn’t have time to take advantage of the amenities, but the room was clean and everything was in good condition. There was a good en suite with a decent shower, a small but fully functional kitchen area, as well as a small sitting room. We’d visit again.

I booked a last minute stay here and was pleasantly surprised. Great budget hotel in great location. SGU bus right outside the door. Excellent restaurant on the premises. Pool, spa and gym- and while small, they were a welcome bonus for the great price. The room was large and the kitchen and sitting area were a nice bonus. Staff was friendly and like others have said, it is nice to be able to text them questions and comments.
