Building is a bit outdated but it was a lovely stay. Friendly staff, spacious room, convenient location. Would definitely stay again.

Grim, don’t bother
Whole place smells bad- mouldy/foul water. Includes communal areas, rooms and lifts.
Service is poor/non existent. Got a room key eventually. Had to put $100 deposit on my card, not sure you could do $100 of damage. No information about breakfast, wifi, amenities.
No airport shuttle as advertised
WiFi drops after 2 mins.
Lots of stuff broken e.g. escalator, TV, taps in bathroom, lamps in bedroom, fire equipment hanging off wall and random wires coming out of walls.
No hot water despite running for a while, sink tap just about managed to get to tepid, no hope in the shower and bath was too filthy to contemplate.
Sure this was a nice place at some point. Seems to be suffering from abject apathy. Lots of stuff just left about the place, broken things not fixed (old reviews keep mentioning same problems). Smell is a consistent problem.
I don’t think staff care either hence poor general cleanliness and stuff dumped abut the place.

Although the hotel was practically empty, we were placed in a room that was the farthest from the parking area, with no elevator working, and the room assigned to us was wheelchair-accessible. Staff refused to move us and blamed the day shift staff for changing our room. The evening front office staff member was very rude and said there is no way to tell whether a room is wheelchair-accessible. It sounded like a Russian roulette room assignment SOP.

Beware!!!
Good: decent location, great restaurants inside (Majesty is likely the best Chinese restaurant on Guam!), large rooms.
Bad: window frames leaked so badly in 429 that I had to request 3 times for towels. It wasn't until the 3rd time when I also requested a bucket that they agreed to move us to 423. A/C is basically non-existent. Couldn't get it to come on unless it was over 26.2 C/80 F in the room. Water temperature in the shower ran from very cold to tepid depending on the time of day. Water temperature was tolerable at 5:30 in the morning but never hot. Dirty room. Big wads of hair under the loveseat when we moved it to mop up water, sheets with spots. Signs posted all over warning of unsafe conditions. (7th/8th floors for fire hazard, escalators off due to unsafe conditions, elevator being used but safety notice posted, pool/gym closed "until further notice". Some of these conditions have been ongoing since 2024 so none likely to be fixed in the near future. Had to call multiple times about party noise from the room next door. Staff reluctant to take care of it.

I work in another hotel so my expectations for the place weren’t high especially after a typhoon. So I’m not suprised that certain things in the hotel is out of order. What I did expect is a certain amount clear communication between guest and staff. Keep in mind I called a day ahead of time before making the booking asking about the laundry/gym/pool and was told that it was ALL working. (Which in fact wasn’t. Laundry-All the dryers were out of order. Pool-Out of order. Gym-Not all equipment was working.) so that was a bit disappointing given that I was told that is was working which in fact wasn’t. Aside from that my family and I did love the room, the floor by floor parking, the kids playroom, and the fact that the place was near boonies. So that gave the kids entertainment enough.
