Truly amazing experience!! Highly recommended

Absolutely amazing time with Upachaya and the Harbough Foundation! The dive masters and boat captain are all incredibly knowledgeable and made every dive special. A group of us spent a week here and did multiple dives daily to include Nitrox and Night diving. I cannot recommend it highly enough and special thank you to Luca, Natalia, Supy, Toby, and the Harbough Foundation! This trip positively changed my feeling about scuba and I can’t wait to continue diving. Great accommodations and truly relaxing stay.

Supi made us great homemade breakfast, lunch and dinner if we requested. There are also good restaurants nearby.

Gorgeous location and beautiful property. Great breakfast and wonderful staff.
The road leading to the location is a bit rough, but doable. Walking outside the hotel isn't super easy.

Snorkeling Anyone?

Our two adult children and their spouses joined us on an amazing snorkeling adventure. They picked us up right outside the cruise ship terminal and it was a short ride to the Upachaya Resort. We chose to snorkel from the provided pontoon instead of kayaks. Our guides Rudy and MC did a wonderful job of finding safe places for us to snorkel. We saw so many fish colorful fish, a few rays and even a sea turtle! We snorkeled at two separate areas that were close by the resort. This area had no other people snorkeling other than our group. If you go on a cruise ship excursion through the ship you may have over a hundred people try to snorkel with you. We had a break between our snorkel trips and lunch consisting of tasty sandwiches. An area to shower and change into dry clothes was provided at the resort. We made it back to the ship in plenty of time. We highly recommend this excursion.

Wonderful Kayaking and Snorkeling adventure

Had an excellent kayaking and snorkeling day at Upachaya Eco Lodge. Jeff and his team took great care of us and ensured that we enjoyed our day with them. Kayaking through the Mangroves was interesting and peaceful, snorkeling along the colorful reef was beautiful, a healthy and tasty lunch was appreciated and the short tour and talk about the many trees and plants growing on the property was enlightening. We would highly recommend visiting this beautiful lodge while visiting Roatan!
