Typical forest hotel

The rooms are clean, their size is adequate, but together with the interiors, they are reminiscent of the eighties.
The staff is kind and helpful. The dinner is Hungarian of the better kind, but the wine selection is modest. The breakfast is fair. You have to pay extra for the sauna, which is surprising considering the hotel's price-value ratio.
It is a pleasant surprise, however, that you can also play table tennis.

Basic hotel, nice surroundings

Refurbished old(ish) building on the edge of the woods.
Food is decent but you can only get buffet type lunch, dinner. Rooms are clean but basic.
Not sure if there is a bar but the reception sells drinks 24/7 anyway.

A place for team building

Far from practically everything, but a place worth visiting. Paper thin walls, so you can listen to others' conversations if you are bored. 1k HUF for 2 Gösser (300 ml). Big thumbs up for the place! Perfect place for team building.

Lovely landscape, disappointing hotel

The Bakony Hotel advertises itself as a 3-star hotel and as a restaurant. However,it is not possible to have dinner a la carte (even though you see the menu when you enter the hotel park). Actually, you cannot even book a room without a half-board dinner included. Plus, the hotel hasn't got a bar where we could have sit together in the evening to have a chat.
The room was nice enough and the food we got was tasty, but all in all, it was below the level of a 3 star hotel :(

Peneszes szoba

Egy nappal az erkezes elott vettuk eszre, hogy egy nappal kesobbre foglaltuk a szallast. A szemelyzet rugalmas volt es meg tudtak oldani, hogy egy nappal korabban erkezzunk. Ezt nagyra ertekeltuk. Elmondtak, hogy sajnos igy nem tudnak erkelyes szobat adni. Gondoltuk nem gond.
Sajnos azonban a kapott szobaba belepve rogton szembesultunk a fo negativummal: iszonyatos penesz szag volt. Kesobb vettuk eszre a szobaban es a furdoszobaban a peneszfoltokat.
Eleg eroteljes szag volt vegig, ami nagyon zavaro volt. Nem tudom milyen a tobbi szoba, de a mienk (105-s) nem volt tul jo elmeny. Az ablakot ilyen szag mellett szivesen sokaig nyitva tartottam volna, de az erdo kozepen szunyoghalo hijan nem talaltam jo otletnek.
A frissen vetett agyon erkezeskor tobb hosszu hajszal is volt, ami nem tolunk szarmazott.
A szoba eleg egyszeru, huto sem volt, az agyat 35 eves letemre kenyelmetlennek talaltam, mert kozepere besullyedt.
A reggeli es a vacsora egyszeru, de finom volt. Egyik reggel a szemelyzet nem volt a helyzet magaslatan, amikor tobben erkeztek egyszerre es evoeszkozre illetve etelre is varni kellett, mert elfogyott amit kiraktak.
A szemelyzet vegig nagyon kedves volt.
Ar-ertek aranyban is csalodas volt a hotel. Egy evvel korabban ezert az arert sokkal magasabb szinvonalu szolgaltatast kaptunk mashol.
