Guests can enjoy their meals on the sunny terrace in nice weather. A cocktail bar can be found on the shore. The centre of Balatonfüred is 300 metres away. Free private parking and covered parking against a fee are available on site. A truly 4* experience

I’m a renturn guest at this hotel, visited it several times both during summer and winter times. It may not be the cheapest hotel in the area but perhaps providing the most and best services. The internal wellness facility provides 3 tyepes of sauna: 1 steam, 2 finn and 4 infra, 4 pools and 2 jacuzzis, plus it has a salt room and an aroma room. This itself gives enough to enjoy. In addition, it has 2 external pools with slides for both younger and young generation and yes, you have the Balaton there in just few steps away (the exterior open during summer season, only).
As for the breakfast and supper, I don’t think you would miss anything there.
Rooms have the 4* comfort, period.

Great location, below average hotel & service

The hotel has a great location directly on Lake Balaton with lake access (sand). Unfortunately, that was the only good thing about this hotel. The pool area is also ok and offers the children with 2 slides a nice change. The restaurant is reminiscent of a canteen and guests are crammed into a very tight space (inside and outside). The staff were completely unfriendly (service and reception) except for 2 exceptions, the tables were not cleared at all or late, so the guests partly brought their used dishes to the counter or put them on an unused table. We stayed 4 nights there, booked an Exclusive Modern Suite with lake view and had no housekeeping and no fresh towels. At breakfast you had to pay extra for coffee from the screen carrier machine. If you compare the price per night and the service received, this is out of proportion.

Great improvement

After 7 years we returned to this hotel with zero expectations and we’re really surprised how everything improved here. The rooms were refurnished and modernized, everything was new, great beds and facilities. The stuff was very nice and helpful, especially in the beach bar and the food was great. There was nothing to complain about. We had a great time and I’m sure we’ll be back next year.

Summer holiday at Flamingo

One of the best locations in Balatonfüred
Private beach, Marina, spa, all high levels
Abundant buffet and clean rooms with splendid views
The staff deserves a course in hospitality training and this hotel would get a 5 rating

A good New Year's Eve party

great atmosphere, fantastic music and service, comfortable room
Give it a try if you would like to spend a few days in the area.
Balaton is a fascinating sight even in winter !!! And in the summer, a lively "beach"
