Family stay in Budapest

The hotel is very large and well located. There is a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a sauna available. There aren't many people, which is nice. The staff is polite. However, in the rooms, light filters in over the curtains, so you can be woken up early. The AC in the room is perfect.

From the reception, cleaning and gym staff, all of them were wonderful and made the stay all the more worthwhile. Nice spacious apartment and very nice ad quiet area with shopping nearby.

Fresh, Clean, Modern and everything you could need! Definitely the best in Budapest right now

I booked to stay here for my first time last week. The price was very reasonable so was worried about the quality and service - it was absolutely fantastic. All the staff are helpful and go out of their way to help guests. Room was spotless, clean, comfortable - came with a fridge and Aircon (basics but often missing) and I also loved the hotel pool, jacuzzi, sauna and garden. Will definitely repeat. Note the pool etc close at 7.45pm which is kind of weird and the only negative

Great Experience.

Loved this hotel, the staff were lovely their customer service was excellent, compliments to the housekeeping team as it was absolutely spotless and a credit to them. Our room was huge and really comfortable, also a lovely kitchen. Breakfast was continental and lovely, every morning the team were so welcoming, its about 3 metro stops from all the major sites or you could walk in if you prefer. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Thank you for a nice stay at a residential area! Public transport is nearby and I did not feel unsafe. Staff was helpful and professional. The property is clean and well maintained, offering all that most travellers need. It would be better if the swimming pool opening times were extended to accommodate all types of travellers. My main issue was that the spacious room offered had an inside door leading to another guest's room, which resulted in noise and disturbance. I informed the reception and the next day the Manager contacted me about it. They did try to work out something, but essentially they could not offer another room so no real alternative was offered. Overall though, both the property and staff were very nice and I would stay here again.
