Great location and helpful staff
HOTEL in the center, near the Basilica of Santo Stefano, near the metro and bus stops you turn on foot because the location is, close to everything. The hotel is located in a beautiful old building, good breakfast and nice Thai style rooms.

Great location, services need improvement.
We stayed at this hotel for four days. The location is definitely the strong point of the establishment: it is located on a central street and allows easy access to almost all the main points of interest on foot.
The hotel is located on the first floor of a historic building. To access, one must enter codes at two different gates and wait for them to be opened remotely, a somewhat inconvenient procedure especially with luggage. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service for the entire duration of the stay, and despite the hotel being on the first floor, there are quite a few steps to climb.
Upon arrival, a staff member at the reception, seeing us with our luggage, came down only to inform us that the elevator was not working, without offering to help us with our bags. An attitude that we did not particularly appreciate.
The rooms and the reception are all on the same floor, and right next to the establishment, there is also a hostel. During the night, noises often came from both the hostel and the reception, where the staff remained until late at night talking loudly, making rest not always pleasant.
The cleanliness was average. The assigned room was spacious, but different from the type booked, and no alternative solution was offered to us. The bathroom, on the other hand, was really very small and not functional, with extremely limited space.
The establishment has a Thai style and is connected to a restaurant of the same management. Breakfast is served in a room located inside the restaurant, which is separate from the hotel. Decent breakfast, with some savory options but very little choice regarding sweets.
Final positive note for a young man at the reception who, at the time of check-out, after our request, was very polite and helpful, finally assisting us with our luggage.
Overall, a decent experience mainly due to the central location, but with several organizational and comfort aspects that need improvement.

March stay in Andrassey Thai hotel
Me and my wife stayed here at the end of March and despite booking a double room, we were given 2 single beds. When we questioned the bed situation, we were told ‘we don’t know you want a double unless you request one’.. which we did…
The room was ok, full of character shall we say. The TV didn’t work and the door didn’t lock. We didn’t mind as we were only in the room for sleeping.
The sliding bathroom door was extremely hard to open and close.
On a positive note.. We had a cute little balcony with two chairs overlooking Andrássy Avenue. We had a large glass bottle of water on the desk when we arrived.
Location wise, the hotel is perfect!!

very good
Very nice hotel, the room was very spacious and with a beautiful thing, the only thing is that I would recommend to pay more attention to cleaning; the floor and bathroom were not so clean. As for the location it is quite central and the reception staff very nice and helpful. They also own a Thai restaurant which I highly recommend you try as it is very good and as we hotel customers are entitled to 10% discount on consumption.
