The staff were lovely, the room was small but has absolutely everything you need and didn't feel cramped at all...the room was nice and warm at all times!
Spotlessly clean. Easy access .
Also the location is ideal.

Overall a good stay, but cleanliness needs serious improvement.
The staff were very welcoming, polite, and helpful with any request. The structure is nice and the location is excellent just a 10 minute walk from the Parliament and 2 minutes from the city center.
The area is beautiful and we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. The room was a bit small, but it included a private bathroom and a small kitchen, which was convenient. The presence of a hairdryer was also appreciated.
However, the biggest drawback was the cleanliness. Unfortunately, the room was not clean at all. The sheets were yellowed, worn out, and stained, with hair and dirt visible throughout the room. It made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The bathroom had a very strong and unpleasant sewer smell, and the shower seemed unusable, so we avoided using it.
My suggestion is to seriously improve the cleanliness. Given the excellent location and affordable price, even a moderate improvement in hygiene would make this place nearly perfect.

I think you can easily find better at the same price in this pleasant neighborhood

Clean hotel but maintenance leaves something to be desired, small room on the 5th floor with balcony, front door: the interior lock does not work, no possibility of taking a bath, the drain plug lets water through, the toilet seat is not fixed, the space to access the bed on the left side is too narrow, you have to climb onto the bed to lie down, the bed springs are broken, the TV remote control does not work, plus a very noisy bar is located in a courtyard at the foot of the hotel and operates very late....

Excellent facilities at a bargain price.

This place packs everything in to a small space without feeling cramped. Comfy bed, balcony, microwave, kettle, bath(!), basic crockery, tea and coffee, even a box of tissues. Basic but clean. Helpful receptionist. There is drinking water in the foyer and a toilet so we could use these when retrieving our luggage which they stored for us. We were on the 4th floor at the back. No noise issues even though the next door bar was just below - the double glazing was good. There is a lift if needed. Excellent value for money and location near main attractions but set back on a quiet street. The bar a few doors away was lovely (turn left out of the door) Mika Tivadar Mulat.

Reserved room was not available any more

Location is great directly in the city center. Great natural lighting and view due to large window front to the street. The room size was excellent and equipped with everything you need. During the night it is loud due to the many bars and party tourists but that was ok for me.
The reserved room was not available any more and they had to upgrade me. The man at the reception was not very happy about this and was accordingly quite frosty but at the end it wasn't my fault. The interior is quite run down (especially the sofa) and it was not very clean. On the bed sheet was a blood stain and I asked for replacement. The glass window of the oven was very dirty. I wouldn't use it under these conditions. Compared to other apartments I stayed at the same price range, the value for money is more at the lower end.
