LOCKED OUT OF ROOM

Absolutely shockingly bad experience! STAY AWAY!! As we got to the hostel and tried to open our room door the code they gave us did not work! We tried calling the reception like 15 times and no answers. After a dreadful night of sleeping on the floor outside our room. We requested a refund showing them proof of the door not opening and they did not give us anything!! Absolute scam stay away at all costs. Worst guest house stay of our lives!!!
