Best in Budapest

We were very impressed with this hotel
From the time we got there every one was friendly and helpful

Our room was on the main floor and it had a kitchenette
Breakfast was very good
Plenty of food to choose from also we walked everywhere from there

poor customer service

we arrived during a heatwave , no air con in our room, fair enough, asked at reception for a fan told no, very uncomfortable 3 nights, nice hotel, customer service sucks.

Breakfast was good. Unfortunately we had a small 2 person bed and 2 separate 1 person beds that were far apart. As a couple it felt like the 1950s. The location was excellent. Public transportation is really great in Budapest and it's not far from the tram.

Perfect base

Very good location.We arrived early morning so knew our room wouldn’t be ready,reception happy for us to leave our luggage till later.Had a walk to the river which took around 25/30mins .After a swift check in we went to our room/apartment,very good size nice and clean .Bed was very comfortable.shower was lovely & powerful although the cubicle is very small !! Seemed to be all u needed in kitchen and a mini bar that is fully stocked (but not free !) breakfast was nice ,basic but enough to set you up for the day ,only moan as a Brit there was no normal teabags only fruity or earl grey so if you need your cuppa maybe bring your own teabags ! All in all a brilliant base and I would highly recommend

The staff was very kind and helpful, they responded to our requests quickly (request for an extra towel, etc.). Isabella explained everything we needed to know about the stay and the hotel. Even when I asked for help with certain places/getting around, she helped willingly and always with a smile. The breakfast was varied and also accommodated our dietary restrictions. The room and linens were clean and almost at all hours of the day we saw someone cleaning the entrance area to the hotel.
