The rooms are poorly insulated against sound : I could hear the person in the next room over snoring and all the traffic in the hallway was very audible.

The receptionist (who checked me in) was rude, like I should be grateful to stay there, bad attitude. The room stank like drain, regardless I left the room with the bathroom vent on, when I got back like 10 hours later it was worse. Urine stains on the toilet, curtains had holes in them, had to force the window open. Only 2 options for pillows, a giant one which feels like you have your neck in a 90 degree angle, or a tiny square one. I've stayed here before, but I was upstairs and it was great, however the same receptionist had the very same attitude at that time too. No smell tho. I'm sure a 4 star hotel could do better.

Short one night stay

We stayed at the hotel for a night, with breakfast included. The standard rooms were fully booked (which we booked as well), so they gave us a superior suite, free of extra charge. The hotel is super nice and clean, the place is calm and quiet, the bed comfy. The breakfast was superb, not a ton of choice, but that's perfect for us, we don't like wasting food! And everything was very tasty as well. We had a nice dinner too, after our arrival. The staff is very nice!
In conclusion, we had a very nice stay, enjoyed every minute of it.
