Location is good, there is free parking, to metro station 8 min on foot, breakfast is good, room is clean, everything liked

Way overpriced. Ugly, no Wifi, no amenities

The most overpriced hotel I have ever stayed in. I chose this hotel because of the free parking, but the hotel and rooms themselves are a giant trash heap, very ugly with basically no amenities. There's not even Wifi in the room. Breakfast is bland and basic. 1 hour of late check-out costs 25€. You will get much better value if you stay at one of the nicer hotels downtown and pay whatever their parking charge is.

Chosen for the reviews, we were disappointed.

I am very sorry to write a not very good review, but we chose this hotel based on what we read.
Certainly, the positive aspect is the kindness of the staff, and I thank you.
We stayed for 2 nights.
The first thing that stands out is the lack of cleanliness. Stains of dirt on the carpet of the stairs and along the hallway of the rooms.
Stains continuously increasing at the entrance of the hotel. It doesn't take much here, just a wet mop.
The room, however, was clean, but it had not been made up, so the trash can was overflowing, the beds were unmade, and there was a shortage of toilet paper.
That is not acceptable.
Breakfast of poor quality.

Best 3 star hotel

The staff is very nice, the room was nice and clean with a very well equipped bathroom. The breakfast was very good with very fresh products. The location is good as you have a supermarket just around the corner and a pizza place for takeaway right in front. We will definetely return. One of the best 3 stars Hotels I have been to.

Very unkempt accommodation. Breakfast, well. The equipment is actually good. The bidet not usable there completely dirty. A look under the bed is the corner are gross.
The ladies who cleaned the breakfast room were very diligent and tidy.
They busy road in front of the house would be acceptable if it had been clean.
