88m2 modern suite for an unbeatable price

on my 3rd trip to budapest i choosed the STOYA residences for end up the TRILOGY at the "KOZMO buidung. after outstanding stays at the 5star KOZMO Hotel&Spa (JUNE) and KOZMO residences(August) it was time to stay at the "STOYA luxury residence.
and again i was really surprised about the cleaniness,the space of the 88m2 two bedroom suite.and the price is unbeatable.the living room is equipped with nice furniture free of scrachtes. all modern and nice design. the 2 bedrooms owns each a own bathroom.when myself and my travelbuddy opened teh door to the suite , we started laughing about the suite , waht a great experience for a suberp price.
the hotelstaff was also nice and helpful .
the location is quiet and a quick walk to the metro station.
the breakfast buffet you can have at the connected KOZMO for a fair price..book it at the reception at Stoya.
Also the gorgeous SPA at the KOZMOhotel is possible to use or a surcharge.
so i stayed in all of the 3 properties at the "KOZMO buiding.:::: great experiences.
thanks for the suberb suite and defintly a "place to come back.

Overall a good location and a great apartment. The only things that let it down was that the cleanliness could be a little better, and it needs to be made very clear that the use of the gym facilities is charged daily which was disappointing because my stay was partially based on the use of the gym facilities.
The kitchen is very small, but it’s adequate, there is no dishwasher (there may be in some other rooms) but there is a washing machine. Transport links are good, metro around the corner, and bus stop is less than two minutes away.
There is the Rakoczi market 5 mins away for fresh produce, or a spar supermarket in the same market.
Aside from the negatives mentioned above, it was a good stay.

Nice location, close to bus + metro + tram. Really nice apartments.

The check in was horrible, bad vibe from the staff except one guy. The apartment is big but not very nice. Good for couples. 5-10 min walk to shops, restaurants and tram.

We were very disappointed that we were unable to use the amenities as advertised, we felt very unwelcome by the “sister” hotel and they initially told us that our seven year old could not utilize the indoor pool after a certain hour which happened to be the same time we showed up, we showed up earlier the next day and they told us that the pool was closed due to unforeseen circumstances, I’m not one to assume prejudice but in this case it was blatant, I’ve travelled all over the world and this was very despicable, my 7 year old loves swimming and being in the water so I always make a point to factor that into my hotel accommodation, this interaction just left a bad taste in my mouth. The rooms were amazing! Staff polite, clean exceeded expectations as for the “sister” property they get zero stars from me and my family.
