CAUTION regarding the mini shop in the hotel lobby.
The hotel is really good and everything is clean. A few things, like the game room downstairs, have aged but it's not a big deal. The staff is quite okay, though there is room for improvement.
BUT it must be noted here: CAUTION regarding the small shop in the hotel lobby. Pure extortion, and in a truly brazen manner. Not worthy of this hotel.
We wanted to buy diving rings for our child, and she ripped open the original SEALED package (Zoggs dive Rings) and suddenly claimed that the rings had to be purchased individually, and one ring would cost €11. I could not believe my ears.
She said they were professional diving rings and that is just how much they cost. Well, hello? Excuse me, but that is truly unbelievably brazen. They cost €18 online, but for the whole package. By the way, she does this with every package, just rips it open and sells the items individually at exorbitant prices.
1 mini tractor and 1 small plastic toy car for €28. This is no longer normal; we are not in Monaco.

Never go back to this hotel!
Terrible! First - dirty floor in the pool ! Something's floating down!
Food especially bad !!!
Richtg was shamed for so much money! For us now 2 star hotel !

We postponed our stay because the renovation was supposed to take the place until 15.9. Unfortunately renovation was not finished and we were also bothered by drilling on the roof. No apology no compensation. The is no thermal water in the property as before. It was our last stay here.

Disappointing Stay – Left After 24 Hours
We have never had such a negative experience with a hotel before. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving just 24 hours after checking in.
A significant part of the garden was closed off due to construction work, which was a major letdown for us and especially for our children. The “dragon disco” – a favorite activity for them – wasn’t held in the park as advertised, but instead in the lobby, and only for a very short time. It felt like 1/10 of what was promised.
In the evening, a sewage pipe burst in the basement near the playroom. It took an hour and a half before we were able to return to the ground floor without wading through water. To make matters worse, there was a very strong and unpleasant odor in the hallway in front of our room on the 4th floor.
One positive: the bed was extremely comfortable (10/10).
Overall, though, the conditions were not what we expected, and we could not stay longer.
