Kellemes hotel
Pozitív tapasztalatunk volt a hotellel, nagyon színvonalas, nagy méretű, kényelmes lakosztály, kutyabarát szálloda. Kiváló wellness. Negatívumként említeném, hogy az étteremben reggeli él vacsoránál nehezen győzte a személyzet a kiszolgálást, asztalleszedést, ez nem az ő hibájuk volt, mert mindent megtettek, elkelne még egy alkalmazott csúcsidőszakokban. Ez azért az értékelést nem rontja le.

Good place, poor service
The hotel is very stylish and beautifully designed from an interior design perspective.
The suite was very spacious. However, exterior lights from the hotel illuminated the sleeping area at night, which was quite disturbing.
During our 4-day stay, housekeeping came only once.
Since there were few guests during the weekdays, dinner was served from a set menu with A/B options. The rice served with the main course was slightly undercooked and crunchy, so my partner didn't eat it. She also wanted a second serving of the appetizer but was told that portions were strictly limited to one per guest.
When the hotel offered a buffet dinner instead, the selection was rather limited.
What annoyed me the most was that I asked for a simple glass of tap water with dinner and my request was refused. Instead, I was required to order a bottle of water for 1,890 HUF plus a 12% service charge (which ended up costing more than the water itself, lol). We tried asking different waiters during each dinner service, hoping that someone would bring us a jug of tap water, but nobody would. I really dislike this kind of money-grabbing attitude. :(

Not good
Nice hotel, new building with spa and large fitness but the personnel was just terrible.No English knowledge,they speak only Hungarian. Even reception is not helpful because they don't speak English.We had difficulties to order food and drinks in the restaurant.Sorry but never ever.

Wellnes pihenés
Kétszer is ellátogattunk már ide, mindkét alkalommal 1-1 teljes napot töltöttünk a szálloda wellness részlegén. 1 kisebb kültéri, és 2 belső medence van, illetve Spa részleggel is rendelkezik, mely nem nagy, de mivel nem is volt zsúfolt, ezért egy rövid megpihenésre tökéletes. A szálloda étterméből rendelhető mindenféle innivaló és ennivaló, melyek mind nagyon finomak voltak eddig!

Minden szuper!
3 éjszakát töktöttünk az Allure-ban. A szálloda egyszerűen csodás, a konyha páratlan, a fittnes magas minőségben felszerelt, a wellness tiszta, hangulatos, kényelmes. A személyzet segítőkész. Inkább baráti társaságoknak ajánlanám a nagy lakosztályok miatt, de pároknak is ideális.
