High quality, high price
Nem csak a nevében prémium. A szoba rendezett, tiszta volt, a személyzet kedves, a reggeli és a vacsora pedig lenyűgöző. A wellness részleg is nagyon klassz, megfelelő számú medencével és jó szaunavilággal.
Az egyetlen negatívum az ára, magyar viszonylatban azért erősen húzós.
Not only premium in its name. The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and the food at breakfast and dinner was amazing. The spa is also great with enough pools and a nice sauna world.
The only negative part is the price, in Hungary these prices are very high.

Very low price-value ratio, poor service
Very low price value ratio. The service in the restaurant and the bar is far from 4 star. Lousy waiters and bar tenders, 13,5 % service fee charged on the already high prices. It took them them half an hour to make a french fries and hot dog and I didn't get my salad even after 50 minutes, although the restaurant was empty at lunchtime. The waiter didn't notice.

Great hotel
A very special hotel for families. The Hotel is located in a very beautiful and quiet environment. African-style interior elements make the hotel very exclusive. The wellness department is large and has many pools both indoors and outdoors. The food was very tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing place, wonderful time
This Hotel is amazing, we loved every single thing. The hotel and the room's interior was really cool, incredibly atmospheric, clean and best quality from everything: all the provided cosmetics as well as the furnitures, towels etc. in the room. The food was very special, very very delicious, for dinner and for breakfast as well there was a huge variety of excellent menu. The beach bar served great food as well during lunchtime. The wellness section was pretty good, as well as the sauna, the guy who coordinated the seance was really funny and professional. As my parents had a wedding anniversary, the hotel booked a separate table and prepared with romantic decoration, it was really nice of them <3 The massage was also great, the booking was easy. The best is that every single person from the staff was really nice, helpful, kind and respectful, which was amazing. They provide great events for kids, but at the same time, they focus on people who don't go with kids as well, so everyone can enjoy a wonderful time. We will go back, that's for sure! I can absolutely recommend this place for everyone.

Overall, a great family program.
Nice hotel, beautiful rooms. There are plenty of outdoor and indoor recreation opportunities. The wellness is great for both young and old. The food is delicious and there is a large selection, although food sensitivities can cause headaches in the kitchen. We talked about this separately with the Hotel, I hope it will be okay during our next visit.
