Nothing special but nice
3 csillagnak megfelelo szinvonalu hotel. A szobak kellemesek, de lehetne otthonosabb- volt mar gondunk a tisztasaggal. A reggeli eleg egyszeru, a meleg etel gyorsan elfogy, az etelek minosege atlagos.

Terrible service in the restaurant, wellness facilities out of order
We have chosen this hotel as it had swimming pool and sauna. At our arrival we were advised that the pool heating was not working and one of the sauna was out of order. The rooms were clean .
We went to the restaurant at 19:15 , we have 6 kids, we had to wait for the food more than one hour, when we had asked to bring at least toast for the kids, the waiter told us that the toaster was not working. It wasn't true. Finally the food had arrived, not exactly what we had ordered, but we were so hungry... It seems the waiter doesn't know the word "sorry". He was unfriendly and did not apologize for the delay or mistake.
Due to the not working facilities and the bad experience in the restaurant we have asked for price compensation, reduction.
We didn't receive any! They had offered us a lunch, but we left before lunch the hotel,so it wasn't relevant for us.
It was disappointed! Won't come back again!
