Interesting and relaxing

The hotel is good considering it is not really near any larger city. The staff were friendly but not overly enthusiastic or welcoming beyond the "hello, how can I help you" but that was enough.
The small city is really beautiful and well-kept, only a few popular restaurants which are completely booked it seems, but we got in.
As hotels go this was a pleasent stay, we would go baCK.

Pear in the jacuzzi.

We tried the "private wellness" part of the hotel, which was HUF 5,000 per hour. In return, we got a pear pod in the water. Thus, we reduced the two hours to 40 minutes. The room is airless and warm. The bedding was torn and stained. The only positive is breakfast and dinner, because they are in the restaurant of the hotel next door.

Very good if you stay in Corvin Hotel, not in A.B.C Apartman

I made a reservation via Booking witch included breakfast. Arrived at the hotel i just find out that the breakfast is not included and the room is at 1.2km away from the hotel at other apartman on Kalvin street 16 !!!
When i arrived there, i found a cold room, with nothing in common with the advertised pictures at the site, mold on wall, no wi-fi. The bed was not changed, in horrible condition, room wit old dirty toys... bleah :(
I returned to Corvin Hotel where the receptionist apologized and give us another room witch was very good.
So, i'll go again but only in the Corvin Hotel apartmans witch are in Jokay Moor Str not at their apartmans from Kalvin Str 16.

Palinka and wellness

Excellent place. We have choosen the Star Wars room, where Vader scared me every morning:)) Food is perfect, wide selection for breakfast, dinner, lunch. Jacuzzi, sauna, the center is not far away. You can buy palinka and traditional food in the hotel for good price.

Cleanliness

We stayed here for two nights with a baby boy. The room could have been cleaner, but wasn't as bad as the bathroom, which was quite molded... obviously not the best if you go with a young child. On the other hand we could play a good together in the better equipped toy-room.
