Very friendly and polite service but...

...not too clean rooms.
In the evening an amateur singer was singing hungarian folk music, and old chansons and...too loud.
The pool was nice, but not too large.
Meals were served in the restaurant... good food, but not enough the air conditioning. (outside 37 celsius, inside cca. 30)

Do not choose dinner option

Last year we went first time to Hungary but to the different city. And we had awesome room in pension with food included so we thought let’s try here as well this year. We were wrong. Dinner very disappointing. Not tasty at all hard to choose something for a 11 year old.

Not ok!

Not happy! At the reception only one lady could speak other languages except Hungarian, although in the presentation was written: English, German, Polish... The room was dirty, bathroom acceptable (for the price). Breakfast was the same for 7 mornings, limited variety. Dinner was also not very satisfactory due to limited options. Although they receive guests from various countries, the food name or content was only available in Hungarian. I pitty the ones which have a (for example) pork free diet.
During the colder days (meaning except summer) the pool is closed, leaving only the whirlpool and the thermal pools available. Oh, there is a sauna, a steam bath and some treatment but I can not say too much about the treatments.
I do not recommend it!

Vacation in July

I reserved our 9 nights on booking.com, at a reasonable price for a 3 star hotel. The location is really good, in 5-10 minutes walks we could reach every interesting place. Personnel is friendly, but not very helpful. The room was clean, but tiny and the furniture is pretty used. The bathroom has no toiletries, except the liquid soap at the sink - no shampoo or anything else. The balcony needs some work, especially some new painting. Breakfast was OK, for dinner there was good food but not too many courses. The lack of air conditioning in the room and the restaurant does not fulfill a 3 star hotel requirements. The pools are clean and pleasant.

I couldn't even imagine that such bad hotels still exist

We booked two double rooms for 4 nights via Booking.com using a special offer.Sometimes even good hotels are using special offers to be more competitive. But we were highly disappointed. The halls and rooms are very shabby.Bad smell ,very hot air and no ventilation felt everywhere. The mattress seemed to be lost all soft materials due to time.
The elevators was going several times up to down without any stops and door's opening. The indicator of elevator position installed in the cabin did not work and it was only flashed without showing any understandable figures. We also found out the working time of thermal water pool is very limited and were not convenient,Moreover, they offer only small dining buffet range but main meals have to be ordered beforehand using a menu presented only in Hungarian .The staff of dining room couldn't speak English at all.
Having stayed in the hotel only an hour after the checking in we decided to leave it for another option so that our vacation not to be spoiled. We lost some money due to be obliged to pay for one night staying because of the booking was made in advance.
Having got up mention experience I highly recommend for all travelers do not think about staying at this hotel at all.I do hope they improve their business in the future but for the time being the service is actually terrible.
