Great stay.
In Hungary for a few days we stayed at this hotel and I must say that we were all very satisfied; do not expect a large hotel with a lobby and huge spaces to take tea or anything, but it is really very comfortable and well maintained.
The hotel, for breakfast and catering relies on the restaurant / pub / bakery which is in the same building and connected by a door.
the rooms are spacious, well-kept, very clean, equipped with every comfort and everything you need for a normal holiday or a business overnight stay.
Breakfast is served buffet style from Monday to Saturday in the adjacent room and there are the classic "continental" breakfast offerings scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, French toast, vegetables, cheeses, cold cuts, a few sweet things, jams, butter, bread, cereals, milk, coffee and juices; we say that anyone can find something to feed themselves with satisfaction.
The products are good quality and well cooked.
The rooms are spotless and are thoroughly cleaned every morning, especially the bathroom; the staff is friendly and normally able to speak other languages for a fairly complete understanding.
The rooms are equipped with TV, minibar and combination safe, in the bathroom there are two soap dispensers (shower/tub and sink) and there are also classic shower gel bags; some rooms, like mine, have a mezzanine where the double bed is located, others are classic rooms.
The price of bed + breakfast is more than fair and excellent in relation to the quality of service.

An absolute failure
To put the positive first, in the backyard there is a small parking lot that you can use. Our room was spacious.
Unfortunately, the positive ends already.
The whole hotel is darkly decorated. There's no elevator. You have to take the luggage via a staircase that is minimally lit. You're glad phones have a flashlight these days.
Breakfast is minimalist. It should be a little more for the price. We only got a coffee after half an hour. Staff at breakfast eig not available

I might have been unlucky
a good medium sized hotel.
the whole environment evokes a ship and I would say that you have the impression of ferrying to Sardinia in August.
the environment is not well cared for and gives the impression of being dirty perhaps due to the carpet everywhere.
In the room the air is not fresh, a hint of humidity persists, to be honest throughout the hotel so the window on the stairs is always open.
delix room very basic but not comfortable, uncomfortable because it is on the second floor without a lift.
convenient parking
normal breakfast not tried... preferred to avoid experience
unfortunately very basic English staff with some communication difficulties
restaurant staff worried about closing from 8.30pm.
aesthetically beautiful dish but dysentery all night.
rude wait staff
AVOID experience

Good hotel, frugal service
The building is central located, not in the tourist zone, has private parking area. Internal design is very nice, its a marine like style.
Its clean, and everything is in order.
Service is is very economical, room-bathroom equipments are retarded, no soap, dental-kit, shaving kit, only two towels, no slippers. No hot water, it was slightly not cold. Heating was weak.
Breakfast was indicated as buffet breakfast, at last at was à la cart.
Breakfast was supposed to be from 7.00 am, 7.25 I was still waiting for my omlette, and I had a meeting at 8.00 at the other part of the town. Anyway the two dishes for breakfast was very delicious and supercopious. Parking area is ok.

Dissapointing
First of all, it was cold in the room and I didn't have the possibility to change the temperature. Secondly, I traveled with a group of friends, and they received something completely different from what they asked for in terms of accommodation. Thirdly, I noticed a tendency to increase the payment bill at the restaurant.
