Bad

We chose Novotel for our stay after a long trip, but because I did not speak the local language, we were misled by the reception staff. The room they gave our 13-year-old twins, was tailored for the disabled, and the room my spouse and I got, had two separate beds; besides, they claimed breakfast was not included, even if it should have been. The staff was absolutely terrible.

Room 818 impossible to sleep in good condition with noisy elevator machinery near the room

Bad food , basic room

Very basic hotel, it is an old building that needs some renovations, specialy the rooms.
The worst was the restaurant, extremely expensive and very bad food.
Same bad food at breakfast and lack of service.

Perfect accommodation for August 20th

The view from the hotel was stunning, overlooking the banks of the Tisza River. I was given a room on the top floor, which offered an excellent vantage point to enjoy the fireworks on August 20th. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the renovated rooms are of a high standard. Additionally, the hotel’s location made it easy to explore the city, and the breakfast selection was varied and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
