Nice hotel close to Zalakaros Thermal Bath

We spent 3 wonderful nights in this hotel with my wife. Plentiful and tasty food was served in the morning. There is a minigolf course which is great even for adults. The room nad an air condition and it worked well. The balcony was an additional plus.
I can only recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Zalakaros for a few days and is looking for a convenient hotel that offers great service, tasty food and very good value for money.

The hotel is well located. There was no soap in the bathroom, the structure was not really clean both in the room and in the alley. The staff was not really speaking English and they had problems with their system during the check in.

Spacious complex, could be nice

OUR IMPRESSION:
The thermal baths can be reached directly from the Park In by Radisson hotel via a bathrobe corridor. It is a very spacious bathing complex with a huge children's adventure area, other different pools with 32 to 38 degrees. A small sports pool, an adventure pool with alternating seat and floor bubbles and a long flow channel. This is the loudest of all areas. A staircase with doors leads to the small, partitioned outdoor area in winter where there are only four seat bubbles and one floor bubble.
A very long path also leads to the medicinal water bath area. A large, beautiful hall made of wood and stylish pools. It is very quiet here and a pleasant temperature and a relaxed lounge area around the pools. There is a large thermal water pool, a salt water pool and a medicinal water pool.
Large outdoor adventure complex in summer.
WHAT WE DIDN'T LIKE:
In the indoor pool areas (except in the spa area, which you have to pay extra for) the loungers are so close together that it's terribly uncomfortable. There is no covered area outside when it rains.
Unfortunately, a lot of the pools are dirty. In the spa area in particular, there is a lot of dirt and sand in the pools, which is really horrible.
In all the thermal bath areas, even in the toilets, there are puddles of water everywhere. The lifeguards sit in their place all day and do a check every now and then. If no one else is doing it, they could do these checks with the squeegee to keep it drier. We saw two cleaning ladies who just looked in the toilets and checked whether there was enough toilet paper and then left straight away. Incomprehensible, no cleaning was done at all, everything remained soaking wet.
We are of the opinion that, as for us, a three-hour journey is not worth it if you value quality (execution, cleanliness, comfort) in the thermal baths

Short family break

Location is very good close to the thermal bath and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable with enough space to hang up clothes. Balcony is big enough to dry towels and swimming costumes also keep kids toys. On site wellness is small but nobody else used it only us. The water in the outside pool was cold for my taste. Breakfast was ok. The staff was helpful and friendly. Free wifi but have to pay for parking.
