Barátságos korrekt kemping

Nagyon klassz kemping csodás helyen, vízparti (stéges) étteremmel, rendkívül kedves mindenki, az infrastruktúra megvan lakóautóhoz is, azaz töltés, víz, áram megoldott, vizesblok is, tiszta, de aki csillivilli hotelhez szokott, tegye kicsi lejjebb az elvárásait. Rendben van a hely!

Incredibly crowded, reception unavailable

On arrival we've been uselessly waiting at the reception with other people and have even called the given telephone number with no answer. After a while, it's turned out by mistake that the receptionist was busy at the camping's bar. The camping haven't accepted guests without previous booking but there has been no warning/notice of it to find. Later on we've taken a walk by the side ot the place and have seen incredible number of cars and tents right next to each other without providing a minimum personal area for each. We've felt very happy to find another little cozy camping available in Tiszafüred.

Kicsit megkésve, de köszönjük észrevételét.
Valószínűleg a recepció nagyon zsúfolt volt, rengeteg munka lehetett és a dátumot figyelve augusztus 20-a volt, ami nemzeti ünnep Magyarországon. Szerintem a recepció akkoriban erején felül teljesített.
Azonban eltelt 4 év.
Több alkalmazottunk van, megnöveltük szolgáltatásaink számát és a Google-n 4,3 szinten állunk.
Azonban a Google összeköti akaratunk ellenére is a Tripadvisort és megjeleníti ezt az 1 csillagot.
Ha van rá mód és lehetőség és jogi eszköz, kérem, támogasson minket azzal, hogy felülbírálja ítéletét vagy eltávolítja, vagy újra térjen be hozzánk, hogy személyesen is meggyőződhessen igazunkról! :)
