Great location! The hotel is located in downtown Akureyri right by the tourist sites, restaurants, and tours. Fun stay!

Comfortable stay

Stayed here 1-night, part of organized tour.
Be aware, the receptionist isn’t at the front desk full time-so if you have a question/concern there’s a number to call.
Room was fairly clean & quiet.
I appreciated the roomier bathroom & enclosures shower (not getting water on floor)
There’s restaurants within walking distance. The continental breakfast is decent, however the breakfast area does get pretty full at times & you may need to eat your food in the neighboring lobby.
And like many hotels, there’s no elevator
Overall, a comfortable stay.

Convenient location with helpful staff.

Decent hotel with very helpful staff. Conveniently located and decent breakfast as well as available parking.

We prepaid for a one night stay at this property. Upon arriving home we discovered this hotel billed our credit card even though the reservation was prepaid. We have reached out to the hotel staff several times with no response. Disappointing
