We where 4 friends who really enjoyed our stay. Jacuzzi with sea view, cosy athmosphere and all you can wish for.

A confortable accomodation

After staying in several hotels during our road trip through Iceland, we were overjoyed in our stay here. We felt at home in this cozy guest house, not only because of the decor of the rooms, but also because of the friendliness of the owner.
He was eager to help us in whatever needed, gave us useful information about the area and was in general always looking out for us.
The rooms were nice, clean, warm and with really comfortable beds. There’s a main common room with sofas and tables where there’s a kettle and a coffe maker, so there’s always a possibility of having a warm coffe or tea, with beautiful views to the sea.
We would’ve loved to spend more time there, we cannot recommend it enough!

I have made new friends in Iceland at the Grenivik Guesthouse.

I stayed four nights while I was riding at Polar Hestar up the road. You can't beat the view. The guesthouse is spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the owner is helpful and friendly. Guests have the use of the kitchen. Nearby is the town swimming pool, warm with a view of the fjord and snow-topped mountains. My favorite B & B!

“Warmful” stay

Experience to do absolutely. The village of Grenivik, with its houses that are reflected in the fjord. It is the guesthouse, with the bearded owner who welcomes you and pampers you, a bit chatty, but that gives you a bit of human warmth, really happy to know about you, to tell about yourself. The brand new kitchen is available to guests, and in fact we took the opportunity to have a spaghetti, after 7/8 days of abstinence from carbohydrates. Breakfast varied and plentiful, priceless view of the fjord.
