EXCEPTIONAL - KEEP YOUR EYES FIRM

We stayed at this very quiet Guesthouse in Keflavik on July 24 and booked 2 bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms. The rooms were large, well decorated, modern and very clean, and also well exposed with a superb view of the port.The beds were very comfortable with plenty of cushions. There is a kronan department store 700 meters walk and restaurants if no car. The airport is 7 minutes by car. The super nice owner came in the evening to ask us if everything was okay and confirm the time of the appointment the next day. The owner was very helpful, kind and punctuality impeccable in addition he had to get up very early to drive us to the airport. The owner had small items for sale very nice and not very expensive compared to those we saw in other housing (keychains small sheep in beautiful knit, jewelry...). They also have very convenient and cheap car rentals. I recommend this small perfect hotel if you have to spend one or more nights near the international airport or the famous blue lagoon before or after the trip. You can go with your eyes closed.

Love the Country

It was a very cute room with 4 beds. very clean and the room across the hall from us was unlocked and open the entire time we stayed there. The gentleman that checked us in was super nice and very accommodating.

Great place to relax

Clean, reasonably priced, 5 minutes to airport. Nice view and very comfortable. Had a one day stay that was convenient for car rental from Star Car Rental that picked us up at airport and delivered us back to airport without any problems. Very kind personnel with good tips for travel in Iceland.

a proper place for a over night sleep

we, a family of 8 persons, have taken 3 rooms , bath rooms, and kitchen, the rooms were clean plain and well heated, the kitchen well equiptted. near by are a supermarket and a bakery. the location is close to the airport and to the car rental agencies.
The owner was polite and helpful.
The place is recommended for a over night sleep after landing or before departure

Perfect place to spend last night

We had rented a campervan for 16 days with the owners of this place. We did our vehicle return right here. Easy as it gets. Very nice room near airport. Excellent seafood dinner in Keflavik and owner gave us ride to airport next morning. Especially appreciated getting laundry done after 16 days on the road. We had made prior arrangements with owner as this is not a usual service provided with your stay. I highly recommend this place for a very comfortable place to stay near airport. Lot's of places to eat in Keflavik, so no great loss if you're not in Reykjavik. Quick ride to the airport.
