Nice place to visit.

Service was awesome.
Location was good and near to tourist places.
Love to stay there....very special moment here.
Room was not big, but it was nice, there were no such hidden charges like service charges or tax.

Not bad

This hotel is good because there are many special places to visit in Agra next to this hotel. The hotel consists of several floors. Is quite beautiful I found a room in the first floor which had AC, TV and Wi-Fi facilities, but the WiFi was not working properly. I found some dirt in the bathroom, the rooms are clean and fit to spend the night.

Very Congested dirty rooms

Heart of the city with very Congested rooms. Wash rooms needs renovation and maintain clean up. This lodge renovated recently but still need more. I stayed in room no 101 for just about 5 hours that evening 9pm to night 2am. Recommend this place for few hours stay only. Only good thing about this place is City transfers were very easy from here.

Very bad place to stay, Do not stay!

The worst place in Agra. Room was cheap (seven hundred rupees) but:
1) was very dirty, with mould on the bathroom door.
2) also the bedding wasn't clean(many stains). Luckily we had our own beddings... 3) Very noisy hotelguests (Indians) at the time of our stay.
4) !!NO HOT WATER - We had to go to the reception desk and ask for hot water 3 TIMES (in 15minute intervals). Everytime I went there, the staff pretended to turn it on, however he obviously didn't. It was so annoying!

His words upon our arrival was: "Hello, your passports" and after 1 minute of writing down the details from our passports he rudely said: "now you give me money" which I did, and he became totally uninterested in our presence... Lastly, on the day we were leaving, we wanted to leave the bigger backpacks in the hotel, see the places with only small backpacks, and then come back to pick it up and head out to the train station. And his answer was like: "OK, no problem, you give me 500 rupees" I said NO, and explained to him that it is unreasonable and non standard approach, while he replied, "OK you give me 400 rupees" I explaind him again, and he replied: "OK, you give me how much?" Guess what, we left and put our luggage to the cloak room at the Agra Cantt. trainstation for 20 rupees.... (for the record, everywhere else we stayed, leaving luggage was for free)

Ver y bad

Very bad seRvice of the hotel the food which is given their menu that we have only paratha but not pickles and they take huge amount of money but they didn't give any soap nothing really very very bad service food rooms sanitary of this hotel
