Good budget Hotel

We stayed there for two nights. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Wifi was also working properly. Ventilation was a problem there but doesn't bother that much because we are mostly outside for traveling.

Poor stay

Average kind of hotel.There is no ventilation in rooms,
Room service is very poor, geyser not working , bedsheets & pillows are not cleaned. In breakfast they only provide aloo Parantha that too of limited quantity......

In two words : Dont go

We reached the hotel at 1 Pm, Since our train got late, our check in time was 12 Pm. However the rooms were still not ready. We were supposed to arrive at 8.30 Am and had already informed the hotel in advance on email and call, still we had to wait over an hour to get our rooms. Then we realised there is no hot water in the taps, people travelling in would like to have a bath.The guy said he is turning on the boiler and hot water would be available in an hour. But imaging to our surprise when one of the staff guys told us there is no working boiler at all, eventually we all had bath with cold water. Horrible experience.
Pros :
Similar to other hotels it is close to Taj mahal
One person in staff who worked to make things ok for us. Rest of the staff did not give a damn about us.
Cons
No hot water in tap, will be available only in morning at a time which you would have to inform in advance the previous day.
Horrible towels, bed sheets
AC's dont work in most of the rooms.
Complimentary breakfast can have only tea or coffee, not both... Demand shall be made for extra (This was later cancelled by the Manager).
Hotel does not have a elevator.
Room might have 5 charging points, only a couple would work at most.

Hopeless Hotel, Hopeless Service

Can you expect a Breakfast Buffet to be over before 9 am?? Its just ridiculous. No service personnel, no Menu in room. On asking them about the same simply no answers. I guess better options would be there in locality.

Good budget hotel with excellent services

Very good hotel ,with pleasent staff specially mr.Abhishek who greet us with higly personalized services..good food as well...best budget hotel with good location ..having rooftop with the view of Tajmahal.Thanks for the services...
