Worst experience ever – completely unacceptable service! Sorry to say but never expected such services from "Clarks grou
I had one of the worst stays of my life at this place. While the location and interiors were nice, everything else was a complete disaster. Despite having a big space and lots of activities, the staff was completely unprofessional and lacked even basic courtesy.
Here are just a few of the issues we faced:
No first aid kit available.
No towels, no toothpaste, no toothbrushes provided in the villa rooms.
No extra blankets, no water bottles in rooms.
No proper Wi-Fi facilities.
There was a hot water kettle in the room but no cups—when we requested some, they sent plastic disposable glasses. How is anyone supposed to drink hot coffee in those?
Every time we called the reception for help, they either refused outright or gave half-baked solutions, often saying “sorry, we don’t have enough.”
The hygiene was also a serious issue:
Mosquitoes and insects everywhere – in the beds, on the floor, in the pool, and even in the dining area.
They were cooking food near an open washroom that was full of mosquitoes. Completely unsanitary and unacceptable!
I can’t believe a place like this is operating with such poor standards. I genuinely hope no one else has to go through what we did. Never again.

Best, biggest & beautiful resort with water park and wave pool with many types of longest slides..
Many more adventurous are there like camel cart, long water slides and wave pool so biggest pool with 4 type of waves..
All over great trip....
