Nice service

Beautiful
We stayed two nights here.... The rooms were clean and spacious.bathroom is also good. Food is excellent here at affordable price. Overall we had a memorable stay at this place that is very calm and out of city.

Required some trand staff

VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. There was no water in overhead tanks on 27/11/2022 & 28/11/2022 morning. when we ask for water than one of staff said that " KYO CHILLA RAHE HO?"It is not a good manners to talk with customers.

Good hotel for family stay

This was my excellent staying experience. This hotel was good for family stay. Service was as per my expectation. Location is great. It was near to airport. They also provide airport transportation facilities. Breakfast available at reasonable rate.

Spacious

The hotel location is prime in the city and hence getting transportation was easy. The room fare was okay and room was good. It was all clean and spacious. The staff was very courteous. We loved the breakfast !

family

this palace is very clean and best for stay with family. their staff's behavior is like a family member. the management staff is humble and cooperative. Located just near the fort in city(perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The hotel owner Mr.Shanker Yadav is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay.The staffs were very helpful.
