Smell and claustrophobic room

Outer view is good, but rooms are claustrophobic and not recommended with kids, good only for bachelors, no window, no balcony and smell in room, limited breakfast option but restaurant is good

Amazing hotel super service

I stayed with my family for two days to see the Amritsar city. Hotel ambience and neatness are super. Food is good in their hotel Oasis situated on the fourth floor of this hotel. I convey my special thanks to Mr.Amit who is the front office manager in this hotel. From the day of booking the room in this hotel he helped me a lot. He arranged a nice driver named Govind for sight seeing of Amritsar city. Based on driver behaviour I requested Amit to arrange the same driver Mr.Govind for dropping me at Katra Jammu. He dropped us at Katra on time.
Mr.Amit is a nice person with good behaviour. This type of persons are required for the hotel Industry.
All the staff are also nice specially in the hotel who serves food they are polite and nicely served the breakfast and dinner.
Overall hotel is superb and they provide 25 percent discount for guest who stay on this hotel. I suggest to my friends also to stay in this hotel if they visit Amritsar.
