A good and welcome place to stay
2)The hotel is located in a prime shopping area.
3) the reception was warm and welcoming
4)The restaurant had a very big and healthy spread for breakfast.
The captain in charge Mr. Ravi was very courteous .

I will recommend this place for a stay and will repeatedly come here when in Amritsar.

Choose a middle floor so noise is less - amazing kind hotel staff.
There are many shops around selling magnets and toys. Lots of suit shops.
It is 4-5 min walk max from Sri Harmandir Sahib and right next to Jallianwala Bagh, about 9-10 min walk from Partition Musuem.
People come and go all hours of the night. 5th floor is noisy, you can hear the kitchen noises, these go on late and start early in the morning. There is a service cupboard outside our room and that made it noisy. It would be less noise on a lower floor.
The housekeeping staff work hard, clean rooms, could do with more towels but there is enough.
The restaurant is excellent breakfast and evening meal. Thank you to Sandeep, Harbeer/Harvir and Gurcharan. Their pleasant manner, politeness, kindness and calm nature was very welcome. They are a credit to the hotel.
It was like a dream being in Amritsar and thank you to all hard working staff at the hotel.
