⭐ Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended
The service was equally disappointing. Whenever I contacted reception, it took hours to get assistance, and I had to repeatedly call just to follow up.
The worst experience was when the air conditioning stopped working at around 2:00 AM. Because of the heat, I could not sleep and had to stay awake until morning. There was no prompt solution from the staff.
There was also excessive noise from the neighboring room early in the morning. The guests were talking loudly and left their door open, disturbing other guests, and the hotel staff did not appear to take any action.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor sanitation, slow staff response, noise management, and failure to resolve the air-conditioning problem made my stay extremely uncomfortable.
Very poor service and hygiene standards. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.
