Use it on NO OTHER OPTION condition
Place where this hotel is located is very dusty, crowded and unclean. About the hotel, don't expect to get a good deal in 650 bucks. Old fashioned calling bell, broken voltage stabilizer, 21" TV, uneven floor level, small bathroom, 35sft room size, Pay instantly for all eatables, no breakfast service in the restaurant below and many more.
The hotel is OK. Can't go for more than 3 stars under the present circumstances.
