Stay in Snewa Bhawan ,Kaziranga
A perfect family home stay near main entrance of Kaziranga National Park at Kohara. We stayed therein 02 nights. All the rooms are spacious, neat d clean ,well sanitized with facility of warm water. Staffs responses promptly. Mr Debasish Gope is a nice person and he had arranged Elephant ride & Jeep Safari for us without any hassle.. they supplied tea & Biscuits as when requested. Local market, SBI & good resturants R available within walking distance of 02 minutes. Overall excellent...

Convenient Location
Located right beside the main road and very close to the central safari zone, this property can be a good choice for pocket-friendly accommodation at Kohora, Kaziranga. The rooms are basic and clean. The bathrooms are spick and span with 24-hour hot water facility ( an absolute necessity in winter months!!). Mr. Debashis is polite and kind to take care of all your requirements. Please do ask for Mr. Liton Gope (one of the best driver and guide at Kaziranga) for jeep safaris if you are staying at Sneha Bhawan. The only drawback of the property is their kitchen service which lacks all the necessary arrangements. The complimentary breakfast was horrible!!. At the time of check-out, they added the price of the complimentary breakfast in the final bill but the issue was settled as I informed Mr. Debashis about the same. However, there are a few good restaurants and eating joints (like John's Kitchen, Pelican Dhaba, Maihang Restaurant, etc.) in and around the property, where you can get your meals. Overall, the property is nice and can be recommended for a budget stay at Kaziranga.

Pleasant
Located 5 min from the market and close to the Central region of the Kaziranga National Park, this lodge doesn’t boast of anything extravagant. The basics are taken care of though. Rooms are okay, a little crampy. Hot water takes time to flow. Mr Debashish takes care of any minor issues and ensures a comfortable stay. Safari is the mainstay of any Kaziranga holiday. Mr Liton Ghosh is the guide to ask for if ever you want to take a Safari at this forest. His knowledge is exemplary and perseverance outstanding. Unlike other guides, he just doesn’t focus on the big animals, but has a plethora of birds to show as well. Breakfast at the lodge is a problem since the safari is scheduled for early morning. But the hotel gets you a breakfast at some Dhaba post safari. Wifi is free and decent. There are few good restaurants close by and a couple of wine stores in the market.

Terrific Hospitality!
Debashish is a fantastic host and in our experience, someone who made an impression even before we checked in! An absolute recommendation for those visiting Kaziranga! You WILL be WELL TAKEN CARE OF!!
Location is great, especially if you take a bus! And you will get one of the best safari experience for sure!
Personally for us, we reached Kaziranga at 1AM, and we were welcomed with a room ready to occupy, safari for the next day arranged. Both elephant and Jeep! We did not have to worry about anything through the 2 days! Pick up and drops were on time and the jeep safari that was arranged was possibly the best! Kudos to debashish and the safari guide who shared a great passion to the natural environment and the flora and fauna! Most of all, someone who did not want to be in a hurry to get back! He helped us spot the big 5 of kaziranga! Outstanding attitude!

We stayed there for couple of days & we're very happy with accommodation facility & location. Debasish & staff were very warm & helpful.
