Rosvilla - 23rd-24th oct.

The Place is really good to stay in. The Helper Guy Santosh was really Helpful and also good to talk to. The owner is pretty chilled as well. The house was clean but the Linen had a sour smell that gave us a Headache. The House is good for 7 people max. Do Visit.

OK but not amazing.

I booked the standard room for 945 rupees and stayed one night. I found it a bit hard to find as Rosvilla is in the wrong place on Google Maps (though possibly the right place on the trip advisor one).
So as a bit of background I've spent 11 months in Goa over the last four years. Most rooms are 400-700 rupees a night, though of course you are paying more when you use booking.com (as I did). Still for 945rps I would expect some kind of private balcony or courtyard area, which there wasn't. I was a bit surprised to find I was in a room downstairs inside the managers apartment with no outside access except through his livingroom.
I also don't think it was super clean. The walls looked a bit smudgy, the bathroom mirror wasn't clean, and while the manager said I could use the kitchen and fridge those weren't super clean either.
The other rooms available look to be in other appartments, and I imagine if you book one of those you get more personal space.
I think the room was a good size, and hot water, a decent bathroom. Full length mirror on the bathroom door. The manager was a nice guy, even though I had to chase him for my change.
My thoughts are this is adequate for a couple of nights, but if you wish to stay longer a cheaper nicer room with balcony could easily be found by asking around. The barman on the beach said the average price is about 500 rupees per night.

Well maintained property with helpful stuff and beautiful beach nearby.

Really a nice place. I went with my family and found it's best place to spend holiday with family.pollution free, silent place with lots of greenery nearby.Rooms and toilet very clean and clear. Kitchen setup, fridge microwave is available.beach is 1km away and really fantastic beach. It's rear to see such clear,wide and flat seabeach.Caretaker(Santosh) is very much helpful.Only thing I suggest that you should have scooty or own vehicle as this place is bit away from actual market place , and parking is also available. Overall it's a great experience and wish to come again.

very Relaxing and best place to stay

very quite and clean, very helpful staff they are always ready to help you, i stay in Rosvilla for 3 days with my wife it was very nice experience, if you come with your family then this is the best choice in south Goa,near to beach and calm environment. it was very nice experience in Goa.
